ABOUT BOOKING

DO I NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS?
Click for more
Yes! We always recommend booking in advance. We book a maximum of 20 people on a tour and therefore we can sell out quickly. In order to guarantee your spot, please indicate the tour you want and the time that will work best for you when you make your reservation. Please call our sales desk or e-mail [javascript protected email address].

The sooner you book the better! Please note: we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change or cancel your tour 24 hours prior to the start of your tour.

Summer and holidays are the busiest time of year for us. However, this does not mean if you call the day of the tour, that we won’t have any spots left. But it does mean we cannot guarantee your tour preference or that tour time will still be available

DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE RESERVATIONS?
Click for more
We will take a credit card number at the time of booking to secure your reservations, but will not charge your card until the day of your tour. Payment for your tour will be processed at time of check in. However, when booking online, your card will be charged right away during the check-out process. Guests are welcome to use other methods of payment at time of check in. If you wish to pay with the credit card used to hold your booking, the credit card MUST be presented at time of check in.

If you have a Marble zip gift certificate, you will still need to leave your credit card details to make a reservation. We will not accept reservations without a credit card.

Marble Zip reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control. In these events, full refunds will be made or alternative dates offered.

ARE TOURS CANCELLED IF IT RAINS?
Click for more
Keep in mind it is Newfoundland and it does happen to rain every once in a while! Tours run in rain, snow, or sunshine!

This is a 365 day activity – and FYI zipping in winter snow is just as fun (and a different experience) as zipping on a fine sunshine-filled summer’s day.

Please check the weather and dress appropriately for your tour. Generally, the weather in the village reflects the weather on course; we can provide you with rain gear if necessary. Refunds will not be given in the event of rain.

Please consult our cancellation policy for more information.
